Joe Donaldson (Director) served as a pastor for 14 years at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY, before beginning The Potter's Wheel. The last 5 years, he served as the Spiritual Life Minister for Southeast Christian Church with an emphasis on spiritual development through retreats and prayer. He has led dozens of retreats including spiritual renewal retreats, silent retreats, father-son rite of passage retreats, marriage retreats, prayer journeys and single adult retreats. He has a B.S. from the University of Kentucky, a B.A. in Bible and Christian Education from Johnson Bible College, Knoxville, TN, and a M.A. in Spiritual Formation and Discipleship from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, CA.

Joe is married to Pam and they have two children, Drew and Callie.
